What is Prophecy?

“What is Prophecy?”
To see that which has not yet happened.

Is this a complete definition?
Most would indeed assume so.

Does prophecy apply to the past as well as the future?
Yes, to see events which have already occurred but have never been revealed.

Is there more then one type of prophecy?
Yes, active and passive.

Active prophecy is the viewing of events where the seer not only views the event but actually partakes in them. Examples of this will be found in the Book of Revelation. Here we see John not only viewing the events but actively taking part in them.

Passive prophecy is the viewing of events where the seer watches an event from the distance through a vision or dream state but has no active participation in the event.

What is the nature of this duality of prophecy?

For centuries past, time has been thought of in linear terms. Only moving in one direction. Moving from the past to the future. As science has evolved it is now understood that time is non-linear and moves in multi dimensional realms.

As we see in the Bible, it is not only future events that can be affected but those events seemingly in the past as well.

This paradox has far reaching implications as the past, present and future are all affected by the events within the past, present and future ….each individually and at the same time….simultaneously.

Time Travel, is it possible?

Time travel- is it possible? Has it been done before?

Since the dawn of history, the mystery of time has been contemplated by the greatest minds of mankind. They have explored this paradoxical force that surrounds all of God’s creations to what end?

What is time? Is time merely a mathematical division of twenty-four hours? Seconds to minutes to hours to days to weeks, months and years….flowing on and on endlessly into the realm of eternity? Seemingly without beginning or end, it flows without cease….void of shape or substance, unable to be harnessed or controlled? Or can it be?

Einstein hypothesized that for man to travel time he would have to surpass light speed. In order to surpass light speed, mass or more simply the physical, would expand exponentially and proportionately, as the threshold of light speed was approached. This would make it both theoretically and dynamically impossible to achieve.

The velocity to push matter to the speed of light would destroy the matter or mass in question. Nothing living in the physical world could survive the transition into hyper dimensional states.

Now to the second question: Has Time travel been done before? The answer is yes.

The most ready example is easily found, but not in the physical state. The Book of Revelation finds the Prophet John being transported into the future. He not only views events but actually takes part in the events themselves.

What theologians thought delusional (the Book of Revelation) technology has now made commonplace. Clearly John was describing modern technology (modern warfare) in terms of what he knew in his day.

God has given man the tool to travel time in spirit, an immortal soul. The knowledge of how-to remains locked inside His instruction manual, the Bible, where it has been for thousands of years!

Does the Story of Noah Hold Water?

Does the story of the great flood of Noah Hold water?

In almost every culture there exists remarkably similar accounts of a worldwide flood. Is there any evidence to validate the many historical accounts?

From the frozen tundra in Alaska to the arid desert sands of the Middle East, very unusual core samples have been discovered by geologists while drilling for oil. In addition new exploration has produced similar results while drilling for seismic charges in the mapping of new oil fields.

These core samples contain still green plant remains, non-indigenous wood and rock fragments, and sediment and striation patterns indicating a directional water movement of massive proportions.

As the accounts of the Flood of Noah indicate this worldwide flood was produced by forty days and forty nights of torrential rain. Most experts who have studied this phenomenon would agree that a worldwide torrential rain of this duration alone would not produce sufficient water to cover the entire earth.

Where could this much water have come from?

More importantly, where did it go?

Is Global Warming Real?

Is global warming real? Is something happening to the earth’s ozone layer?

There is no doubt the average ambient temperature is on the rise and has been for some time. In fact long before it became popular to believe so.

Global warming has been a fact since the ice age! The ozone layer is also undergoing change as well. Factor in category level hurricanes, typhoons, changing weather patterns and seismic activity all on the rise…what’s happening?

Is there any simple explanation?
Is there possibly more to it all than the standard catch all “greenhouse gasses” at play?

Possibly just a tad more complex then air pollution and deforestation.

The facts point to massive earth changes that caused the earth to evolve from its previous state of Eden as described in the Book of Genesis.
We pump our oil from beneath the frozen tundra’s of Alaska and Russia; from beneath the dessert sands of the Middle East; and the ocean floor provides the rest. These regions were at one time lush green gardens full of plant and animal life. What transformed them all to wasteland?

Was it green house gasses, air pollution or was the dinosaur to blame by over harvesting and poor environmental policies?

The question then stands, have the climate and environmental changes that we are now seeing happened before?
